AGENDA: discussion and identifying of the further steps to carry out the time release of goods study under the methodology of the World Customs Organization in the seaport Odessa.

Presentation for consideration of the Methodology of the measuring time needed for release of the goods that applied to study specific logistics chains in the ports at local level.

DECIDED:

1. Sending electronic copies of this Methodology to the email address provided by the participants of the meeting for consideration, proposals formation, study of the sources of calculation data..

Deadline: 20.03.2015

Responsible: Deputy Head of the Customs Control Unit of the SFS Odessa Customs House Customs Control Organization and Clearance.

2. Consideration of the mentioned Methodology concerning study realization taking into account the specificity of the work of each control service carrying control functions in the sea ports checkpoint and other participants of the processes taking place during servicing of the foreign-going ships and goods in containers that are imported into Ukraine on vessels and cargo handling in the port (checkpoint), and submission of proposals to the Odessa customs of DFS.

3. Generalization and systematization of input and output calculation data under Methodology, processing of the tasks list of the analysis essence, forming conclusions, draft recommendations content.

Deadline: till 30.03.2015

Responsible: representative of the Customs Control Organization Unit of the DFS Odessa Customs House Customs Control Organization and Clearance Division;

Co-performer: representatives of the border departments of Odessa, customs, control services, ОF of the SE «USPA» (including port operators), Data Center («PPL 33-35») .

4. Визначення дати наступної зустрічі учасників робочої групи з практичної реалізації в Одеському морському порту дослідження часу випуску товарів, що проводиться із урахуванням методології Всесвітньої митної організації та організація проведення такої зустрічі для розгляду висновків і формування рекомендацій дослідження. Determination of the date of the next meeting of the working group on the practical implementation in the Odessa seaport of the study of the time release of goods that is carried out taking into account the Methodology of the World Customs Organization and the organization of such a meeting for consideration of the the findings and formation of the recommendations of the study.
